newNorm | Our Story
newNorm is a brand, business, and creative studio built, coded, and designed independently.
When selecting custom apparel, the printing method directly determines how the design feels, wears, and covers the fabric. Direct Print (Direct-to-Garment) injects ink straight into the fabric fibers for a highly detailed, soft-to-the-touch finish that moves naturally with the garment. Flex Print relies on a smooth, slightly raised vinyl layer cut and heat-bonded onto the surface, offering exceptionally vibrant, bold colors and sharp edges that won't fade. Film Print (Direct-to-Film) bridges the gap by transferring a ultra-thin, flexible graphic layer onto the fabric, providing incredible detail and high durability across almost any material type. Finally, All-Over-Print breaks away from localized graphics completely, applying dye seamlessly from edge-to-edge across the entire garment so the design becomes a smooth, inseparable part of the fabric itself.
We source blank materials that match the printing technique, yet also match how the garment should feel when being worn.

Why Choose newNorm?
One of the benefits of ordering through a retail brand like newNorm is that we can choose the best printing technique for each specific material. Ink fades, graphics fall off in pieces because some companies don't know how to match the garment material, print type, and print technique to achieve optimal feel, durability, and aesthetic. We do many small production runs rather than one or two yearly runs. This minimizes inventory cost which, in turn, reduces the final purchase cost.
Independent apparel brands give you originality and authenticity that corporate fast fashion can't. At newNorm, you're supporting small business, creativity, and an alternative to mass-market sameness.
